[November 17, 10am]
Problem: Plastic spatula has cracked in two at the tip. Must be replaced.
Cause: Over stress due to current placing strategy which places objects always in middle of tote.

[November 29, 4pm]

Problem:

1. Right light got detached from the side
2. Left light was crushed (unknown when this occured)

Cause:

Adding noise to the grasp collection seems to have caused the gripper to collide more aggressively with the object.
