Add instructions for systemd service #3
base: master
Are you sure you want to change the base?
Conversation
Ideally the service should be installed from AUR, but this is a start.
The package's metadata was changed but I forgot to keep .SRCINFO in sync.
@crazygolem do you want to maintain this package? |
@memeplex I don't have any experience with that, but I'd be happy to :) |
Great, you could just fork this repo and I will add a note here redirecting
people to your copy. Then you need to set an additional remote pointing to
the aur repo, I will have to transfer ownership to you there too, so let me
see how to do that.

Does this mean that you are abandonning the project? or are you still going to maintain the maximal script itself? Also, could you please choose a license for maximal? |
Ok @crazygolem sorry for the delay, I've already disowned https://aur.archlinux.org/packages/maximal/ so you can get ownership of it and I'm ready to add a note to this project redirecting it to your fork as soon as you create it. Pick your favourite license, I couldn't care less about that. I'm not maintaining this anymore because I'm not using gnome nor cinnamon at all. |
I just adopted the package in aur, and will update it there soon. I will continue development (or at least maintenance) on my existing fork, at https://github.com/crazygolem/maximal. |
