What this PR does / Why we need it

  • SSIA
  • Currently, the following error has occurred and needs to be fixed:
    • This error only occurs in a Pull Request from a forked repository.
Run actions-ecosystem/action-create-comment@v1

Is it ok to apply release/patch label now to this PR to release the "Support for Processing Units" feature?

It didn't create a release ref. Maybe the workflow is still broken somewhere. I will take a look.

The action is broken, so this will not work for pull requests until it is fixed. - actions-ecosystem/action-release-label#12
