The plugin has been inactive for more than 3-4 years and not tested with last 3 WP Major releases. Also the main reason for removal is because it is breaking many websites as you can read in review: https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/p3-profiler/reviews/ Issue Discussion: miziomon#29
