This is a Console Based TIC-TAC-TOE game currently supporting only multi-player.
One of the very first over 100 lines of code that I ever wrote ,also a constant remider of how and why segmenting your code into functions is important.

Tested on a Linux environment-Mint,Ubuntu
compilable with gcc and g++
