I believe we need to store the aggregated numbers before applying shredder because it would modify the reporting we deliver to partners. @chelseybeck @sergiosonline @curtismorales could any of you confirm? |

Description
The table added in https://github.com/mozilla/private-bigquery-etl/pull/574 uses fenix events so adding a shredder config to use fenix deletion requests. I don't see deletion requests for
ads_backendso those should be fine to leave as-is.@chelseybeck @lucia-vargas-a is this ok to do?
