System Objects becomes selected when reordering instruments and crashes on undo/redo/undo

Description with steps to reproduce

1. Open template: "String Quartet"

2. Move Violin I down in the Layout panel, System Objects is selected (In 4.4.4 Violin I would remain selected)

3. Select "Down" twice to move System Objects

4. There is an Undo/Redo/Undo Crash I will record with Crash after adding instrument, Undo and Redo #26598

Crashing occurs on any reorder in Layout and Undo/Redo/Undo

@zacjansheski Can you log the 1st part separately (System Objects becomes selected when reordering instruments, steps 1-3) please? And assign it to Roman
