The first commit makes sure rehearsal marks find the previous header segment even if there is a timetick segment between them. It also includes a small tidy of the method.
The second commit adds harmony elements to the list of those which ignore each other during autoplace in the same way as dynamics. This needs to be done because harmony elements are now attached to timetick segments which are narrower than empty chordrest segments, causing collisions.
