Nightwatch global url variable allows devs to swap in a custom url variable to run their tests
Add new events icons
There were newer icons that needed to be incorporated and old icons have some name-convention changes
Now boundingBox and Marker levels are handled the same. OL now zooms to the centerpoint as apposed to fitting to the border
Added timeout to layerRemove event.
Stopped event propogation on event-a-tag link click to prevent other actions
