Pytorch and GNNs tutorial

Hello there! In this repo you will find a tutorial on how to use Pytorch and Graph Neural Networks (GNN) for regression problems. This tutorial will be given by me in the Artificial Intelligence in Astronomy (AIA) Seminars.
