For everything that isn't actually running vitest, just use the latest LTS and always use the same alias
It was just released, on May 6: https://nodejs.org/en/blog/release/v24.0.0.
This fixes a fatal error on the just-released node 24 coming from this transitive dependency: auth0/node-jwa#52.
