replaces light mode page background color to requested lighter color.
this uses the var
--system-background-app-lightwhich is also used in some light icons, but shouldn't cause any visibility issues. I didn't see any obvious ones in the demo site. I'll do the same check in the docs website.it also pulled in the latest browser agent version?
