docs: Update Agent Supported Distributions and 3.0 Compatibility

Proposed changes

Agent no longer exactly matches NGINX Plus for supported distributions. Updated NGINX Agent supported distributions to include RedHat 10 & Ubuntu 25.04.
Updated Agent 3.0 Compatibility to include all products that support v3.
