wtf_fetch as source fetcher from MediaWiki-API integrated and layout of reveal_textarea.html with updated layout. Category removal integrated and mathNewLine removal added to wiki markdown processing. ToDo bundle the library for reveal and dzslides conversion. wtf_wikipedia integration not performed yet.
