A new lite version of lucid that aims to be more performant and compatible.
This version does not prevent vanilla sleep and ticks ONLY block entities.
Also features a "tick budget" which allows the user to limit how much time can be spent on extra ticks.
I have tested this to work on both 1.16.5 and 21w11a.
