Required actions:
- pip install -r requirements.txt
- mkdir /etc/moosefs_tool
- cd /path/to/repo/MooseFSTool/app/bin
- cp ../etc/moosefs_tool.ini /etc/moosefs_tool/
- chmod +x moose-run
- ./moose-run or ./moose-run -f /some_another_path_to_conf
