Updating the internalJoinSubnet and internalTransitSwitchSubnet parameters by remopving the DAY-2 limitation statement to match the core OCP documentation.

Issue:
OCPBUGS-52572

Key updates:

  • The "The value cannot be changed after installation" statement needs to be removed from both parameter descriptions.
