High resolution imagery for Nairobi #2546

OpenAerialMap hosts this dataset, providing useful imagery on Nairobi (and some neighbouring areas). They enable OSM edits from their website:

Since the area covered by this imagery is so much larger than the area covered by OAM-hosted imagery on average, I think it is worth including it in ELI as well. OAM has a legal page saying: "All imagery is available to be traced in OpenStreetMap", and they have confirmed that using their imagery is legal for OSM edits.

It looks like this imagery is already in the OAM Mosaic. Is there a particular reason why this source should be added as a separate layer in ELI?

Oh that's a good point. For a while, I thought the source at OpenAerialMap-Mosaic.geojson doesn't actually work, but I was just zoomed in too far. #2552 will fix this problem, I hope.
