It looks like this imagery is already in the OAM Mosaic. Is there a particular reason why this source should be added as a separate layer in ELI? |

Oh that's a good point. For a while, I thought the source at OpenAerialMap-Mosaic.geojson doesn't actually work, but I was just zoomed in too far. #2552 will fix this problem, I hope. |

OpenAerialMap hosts this dataset, providing useful imagery on Nairobi (and some neighbouring areas). They enable OSM edits from their website:
Since the area covered by this imagery is so much larger than the area covered by OAM-hosted imagery on average, I think it is worth including it in ELI as well. OAM has a legal page saying: "All imagery is available to be traced in OpenStreetMap", and they have confirmed that using their imagery is legal for OSM edits.
