This pull request updates the documentation for the SLU Open Project to reflect changes in project leadership and developer roles. The main focus is on updating the tech lead and clarifying alumni status for previous contributors.

Project leadership updates:

  • Changed the listed tech lead from Lakshmi Prasanna Mamillapalli to Jack Crane in docs/projects/open_project/about.md.

Developer team updates:

  • Moved Lakshmi to the developer section as "Alumni Tech Lead" and added alumni status to previous capstone developers Colin Sepher, Thomas Macas, and Joi Laws.

This looks great. I just have a couple formatting updates and a question. The only other thing to adjust is to make an update to https://github.com/oss-slu/oss-slu.github.io/blob/main/src/data/people/currentGradTechLeads.json. You should add yourself to this list, and move Lakshmi's entry in that file to https://github.com/oss-slu/oss-slu.github.io/blob/main/src/data/people/prevGradTechLeads.json.

Our current template for project pages has **Current Tech Lead**, but I kinda like how this makes it cleaner for longer lived projects. If we switch this on yours, I will want to make that change on all the pages for consistency. I'm trying to decide if it's worth the effort. What do you think?

For consistency, we've used comma separate (alumni, prior tech lead) this, as someone might be a prior Tech Lead before they become an alumni. And all lowercase for all the role labels. I think we need to stick with that format.
