Redo setup to use venv instead of conda, to resolve conda issues with ros2 which prevent use on some machines.
Conda + ROS2 is often unstable and requires heavy modifications to PYTHONPATH and other system variables, which can cause conflicts and breaking changes. Using venv is more stable, and requires less environment modification. README is updated to reflect this setup, and bash scripts are added for QoL
