Removed the http2 support check from tests, as Node.js 18 and newer always has http2 support.

Generally approve of this, especially since it is just a test change. That said, we will no longer be able to test in the full range specified from the engines field after this change. We dont officially support below 18, but we did not have time to properly document or address that when it was all happening, so I want to be cautious when we merge changes like this so wanted to call it out.
