Practicing method of superposition

This version marks the location of an internal support and allows for manually exploring the effect of adding a support reaction. After finding the necessary force that ensures the geometric boundary condition, you can try and predict, then check the resulting moment (shown below) and shear and slope curves.

Release 1.0

This first release is suitable for illustrating single span beam behavior under distributed and one concentrated loads. This release includes:

• pinned, free, fixed support conditions
• multiple material definitions
• rectangular, H-beam, box and channel cross sections
