Added new CLI variables

Added in new variables
-days_back
-timezone
-dbt_quoting
-disable_samples
-environment
-full_refresh_dbt_models

These can be added to the settings and used in production. We also added config-dir-path, but were unable to make it work (for now). If you figure it out, please let us know!
