Add entry enumerator support to the JCL sorted maps to improve performance when iterating over all entries in a sorted map.
As part of this pull request 'SortedEntry', as used in the name of the sorted map entries, was replaced by 'MapEntry'. The reasons being that with this pull request these map entry classes are now declared in the JclContainerIntf unit instead of the JclSortedMaps unit and that there is nothing 'Sort' specific about the map entries as a type.
