Tested on Ubuntu 12.04:

$ python evilarc.py -f evil.war README.md 
Creating evil.war containing ..\..\..\..\..\..\..\..\README.md
$ unzip -l evil.war 
Archive:  evil.war

---------  ---------- -----   ----
