make sure your PYTHONPATH points to this repository

enter 'bin' directory where the visualisation program is

cd bin

for local extrema label visualisation run:

python run_me.py --model_path ../models/local_extrema

for threshold label visualisation run:

python run_me.py --model_path ../models/th_label
