Developed and implemented the SUGAR Manifold Sampling Algorithm for data generation and created a comprehensive multi-manifold clustering benchmark. This benchmark incorporates advanced clustering techniques including Hierarchical Clustering, Spectral Clustering, Gaussian Mixture Models (GMM), Density-Based Clustering, and Multi-step Algorithms combining dimensionality reduction with clustering. Conducted this project for the OPTIMIZER competition at the SOAL Laboratory at the Sharif University of Technology, contributing to advancements in Multi-Manifold Clustering techniques.
