Add alpaka benchmarking project and mark completed projects #133

Add a new project: Alpaka benchmarks for CMS

Mark the two successfully concluded alpaka projects as completed.

Hi @sliwowitz - it looks like the CI found some spelling errors to be fixed. Separately, if a project is completed, please also add the student and project webpage information for it.

I am keeping track of projects in case, but maybe it is good idea - we can always add category later.

Hi! I've fixed the spelling errors, and added links to students' fellow pages on IRIS-HEP website. We also have links that track the actual work done by the students:

So should I change the category to ImpressU for the new project?
