Version 0.5, ID3 2.3.0

The library now also supports ID3 version 2.3.0 (reading and writing).

I decided to bump the number to 0.5 because I think that 2.3.0 is a bigger milestone. Also, because the codebase grew and changed drastically.

First release of the library with basic reading and writing support of ID3 version 2.4.0.
