0.2.0: Search by ingame items

This update adds the ability to search via ingame items while on skyblock, akin to searching for modded items in a modded mc install.

(Hint for those who haven't used NEI/JEI/REI much before: the R and U keys search for the Recipe and Usage of the item respectively.)

This feature currently only works with items that have skyblock crafting table recipes, as that is the only skyblock recipe type that has an impl in this mod.

First proper release. Can be seen as a "hotfix" to the improperly numbered 1.0.0 from earlier today. The auto-dowloaded NEU repo is currently OUT OF DATE. This is planned to be fixed in 0.1.1, until then you can manually update it if you know how.

KNOWN ISSUES:

• game sometimes crashes on launch due to being unable to download NEU zip from dropbox storage. if this happens, relaunch.

Please report other bugs via issues! This mod does not need to be running on Skyblock itself to function.
