refactor(dependencies): remove ts-node from all package.json files

This commit removes the ts-node dependency from all package.json files
across the project. This dependency was not necessary for the project's
operation and its removal does not affect the functionality of the
project. This change helps to reduce the project's overall dependency
footprint.
