21 add possibility to add callable or other metrics within the class

This PR fix and close #21

It adds :

• Possibility to use different metrics and even a custom callable
• Provides the associated doc enhancements
• Provide the possibility to implement and use a custom MDS solver
• Provide the corresponding doc enhancements
• Complete Changelog and documentation to be seen on README and gh-pages
