I'm a computational climatologist (associacte professor at the University of Glasgow) using process-based, empirical-statistical, and AI-based models to understand and predict processes and events in the climate system. I currently serve as manager of ExaGEO (exascale computing for environmental solutions), on the steering committee of the ESM-AI (Earth System Modelling and Artificial Intelligence) SAGES forum, and on the EGU-OC (European Geosciences Union Outreach Committee).
The Climate Dynamics Lab is a small, international network of scientists clustered around specific research topics (see list of publications). It keeps an open-door policy to anyone interested in working on these topics (as a researcher, developer or communicator). Get in touch if you have questions, comments, or would like to join us!
