This pull request adds two things:

  • A meson.build file that allows building the plugin on Linux as well as on Mac
  • ARM Neon optimizations (using sse2neon), that improve performance by a factor 4 to 5. Note that znedi3 is then still only slightly faster than the original nnedi3 (the original nnedi3 has hand-written (?) Neon code).
