Add Gnu Emacs site and Gnu Emacs Precompiled for Mac OS X.

Emacs is the Universal Kitchen Sink for text edition.

Emacs is editor for all type of development, programming, web, text editing markdown, html, Tex etc.
It can also be used as a file browsed like Finder, it can manage Mail (several different additions in Emacs), Git and other version systems, edit files remote with several protocols as they was local, etc etc

I added two applications, as the first major is GNU Emacs default, where they describe two ways of installing (Brew, Port and precompiled GNU Emacs for Mac OS X.

Why it should be included to Awesome macOS open source applications (optional)

Emacs is as useful or more as vi/vim, that is included. Emacs are more then just a text editor. So it is useful for people to know about.
