I'd add 24AA025E48T-I/OT assembly variant to it as well.

Could you please explain why do we need both IC5 and IC45 on board? When 24AA025E48-I/SN is not available you put IC44 on board. You need different I2C bus due to address conflict on SHARED_I2C, right? But what is the default approach when you have 24AA025E48-I/SN EEPROM? Do you mount IC5 or IC45? Have you consulted this with someone from software?
