Adding support for Tailwind CSS 4.
This includes integration with the playground and docs packages.
To avoid styling collisions with VitePress, support has also been added for
vp-raw. The PostCSS config is usingmjsrather thanmtsbecause VitePress 1 uses Vite 5, which doesn't supportmtsfiles for PostCSS config.The Tailwind configuration should be compatible with shadcn-vue, though shadcn-vue isn't supported directly.
