Functionalities:

-> Display current date and day
-> Allow to add task by clicking on plus icon

After assigning the task

Functionalities:

-> Display all the added tasks
-> Remove task from list after completion using tick mark on the left side
-> Prioritise task by clicking star icon on the right side

-> Add and save task by clicking on tick mark
-> Navigate to landing page by clicking on arrow icon
