Tidy up some of the structures with names and types for fields I have verified so far.
I also made an effort to document the remaining data sections I have figured out so far. There are 4 sections left to document.
I also fixed some problems I spotted with my previous changes. I also brought in some of the changes from guest2028461 that I verified.
