[Vmware/VRO] Read OpenSDS config information form a config file or save in VRO inventory

What happened:
As of now in VRO the OpenSDS config like Domain, Availability zone, Host Access mode are hardcoded to default. We need ato handle this dynamically
What you expected to happen:
Read either form a config file, or save this information in VRO inventory (DB)
