Subviews hidden when viewing the same form

Describe the bug
Introduced in #5253, if you try to open a subview that is already rendered on the same form it is hidden. For example, on a COG form if you try to add a new childCOG the childCOGs are hidden on that form. This also happens if you add a childCOG that has children to a COG and expand the childCOG the children won't show up unless you open the COG in another tab. This is also possible in other subviews but is most obvious with COGs.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to data entry -> COG
2. Add new childCOG
3. See that the children subview is hidden.

Expected behavior
The subview should be visible.
