MRItrace: a multi-view manual tracing tool for creating a region of interest mask for a complex brain structure

MRItrace a matlab-based GUI program developed for manual tracing of complex brain structures to create a MRI mask files. It reads NIfTI format MRI data files for manual tracing and write binary mask files in NIfTI format.

It was created with the Matlab AppDesigner, so you need a Matlab to use it. Typing "MRItrace" in a Matlab Command Window will open it.

A standalone version of MRItrace will be available soon.
