## Best practices for Partners and SIs
Spryker Partners and SIs should create support cases in the Spryker Support Portal. If you are a Spryker Partner or SI, please ask your customer to request Support Portal licenses for your project team. The licenses can be requested via the form linked above and will allow your team to request changes and report issues on the customer's behalf (please note: only customers can request access as it is part of their contractual agreement with Spryker). If you have multiple Spryker projects with various customers, you will therefore need to request access from each of these customers.
