feat: add timeUntilStatusChangeMs to OpenStatusDayAndTime interface

This PR adds an optional property timeUntilStatusChangeMs to the OpenStatusDayAndTime interface which will be of type number and correspond to the number of milliseconds until the location open/close status changes. This property will be set by the getOpenStatusDayAndTime helper in location.ts and will only be set for businesses that are not open 24/7.
