Open Kick-Off v0.4

An alpha version that displays the pitch, a scanner, the ball, and the team's players. A state machine is handling game states (introduction, prepare for kickoff in play, and throw in). You can only apply a force to the ball instead by pressing 'S', 'D' (East, West), and 'E', 'X' (North, South). The players are positioning on their home locations according to a tactic and the ball location. They move to another location when the ball enters a new region.
Scanner size is toggling with 'A'
