feat(nexus3): Add note to nexus values regarding blob store configurations #851

It might not be immediately intuitive to reference the Nexus REST API for s3 (or other) blob store configuration settings. Adding note to nudge people in the right direction.

Done. In my setup, I used the AWS EC2 Instance Profile, so access creds weren't necessary. I still added a further section on using access creds although it hasn't been tested.
