Centroid-only Inference pipeline

For TopDown model, we currently support Centroid-only inference for models with ground-truth instances (as in here). We need to handle cases where there's only a single-node skeleton and we perform Centroid only inference. This inference pipeline should return a list of dictionaries as output with the predicted centroids for each input sample.
