Hey, I hope you find these changes to be alright.
I happened to have an Arduino nano board (boards) I purchased off eBay some time ago, and those boards had the old bootloader on them. When I went to go program it, avrdude did not like it. So I decided to update the Makefile with a new make option that has a different baudrate for the old bootloader, and updated the README. Hopefully this helps some folks out there that have some older boards or chips.
