This repository has slides for the course "Systems Biology for Scientific Computing".
The slides are written using quarto. To build them you
will need to install quarto and the
python packages jupyter, matplotlib and plotly. You should then be able to
run commands like this:
quarto render slides/week1/week1.qmd
