Available new mustache variables:
{{name}}: Full name obtained from Whatsapp or database
{{firstName}}: First word of name
{{protocol}}: protocol using format YYYYMMDD-ticketId
{{ticketId}}: ticket id number on system
{{queue}}: name of the queue
{{user}}: name of user of the ticket (the one that accepted it)
